Give Angelo a chance to live life to the fullest: Help him overcome his disability

Mission Child supports Angelo, a 13-year-old boy in Peru who has cerebral palsy. Although he loves going to school, his severe muscle pain and tension sometimes prevent him from attending. To pass the time, he enjoys watching investigative films. In order to continue to develop and live life to the fullest, Angelo requires specialized care and therapy. Since these treatments are expensive, he needs your help to access them regularly.

Why do we need your help?

Thanks to financial donations, Angelo was able to begin essential therapies such as physiotherapy, speech therapy, orthopedics and hydrotherapy. He has been receiving these treatments twice a week for three months, for a total of 18 sessions.

Donations have also helped fund his individual disability-friendly travel to therapy, as wheelchair mobility is a challenge in Peru.

These treatments are vital to improving his quality of life, but they are still expensive. Angelo still needs your help to continue receiving these treatments and continue on his path to a better life.

Mission Child is behind the idea of creating a specialized center to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families in Huacho, Peru.

This project aims to provide an adapted environment that promotes children’s development, independence, and social inclusion, while also offering support to families, especially those with limited access to specialized resources.

Through this initiative, Mission Child seeks to contribute to better autism support in the region and promote a more inclusive and caring community.
